Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, hair-free items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
